Because our fruit is curated fresh from premium estate imports, we request at least 24 to 48 hours advance notice for personal gift collections. For large corporate bulk orders (20+ boxes), please coordinate with us 5 to 7 business days in advance to reserve seasonal harvest allocation and customized gold-foil cards.

We provide white-glove hand delivery across all central Sibu municipal districts, including Ulu Sungai Merah, Brooke Drive, Sg. Bidut, and surrounding residential townships. Delivery is quoted transparently based on destination (standard local delivery is RM 10–15; complimentary for orders over RM 300). Out-of-town Sarawak dispatch is coordinated by arrangement.

Nature dictates harvest perfection. In the rare event that an imported varietal (such as Shine Muscat grapes or white peaches) does not meet our rigorous aesthetic and brix sweetness standards on packing day, we replace it with fruit of strictly equal or higher premium market value, after notifying you.

Each Maison Verger box includes a botanical care slip. Delicate items (grapes, cherries, berries) should be refrigerated at 4°C–8°C promptly. Subtropical items (melons, Asian pears, pomegranates) may be displayed in a cool, shaded environment for 2–3 days or chilled prior to serving for maximum refreshment.

We accept DuitNow QR, instant online FPX bank transfer, and major credit cards. For corporate clients, we provide official itemized quotations, SST-compliant tax receipts, and flexible purchase order (PO) billing arrangements upon credit review.
